Return to Virtue (16+)

“And if anyone loves righteousness, her labours are virtues; for she teaches self-control and prudence, justice and courage; nothing in life is more profitable for mortals than these.” (Wisdom 8:7)

The tradition of the Church has always taught that virtue is the key to happiness. This workshop will explore this claim, with the hope of showing that nothing in life is more profitable than the pursuit of virtue. Particular virtues will also be explored with practical tips on how to grow in them.

Healing and Freedom (16+)

The Lord wants His people to be healed and free in order to minister more effectively to others. In fact, Jesus Himself calls us to participate in His healing works. After raising Lazarus from death, Jesus calls His disciples to “Unbind him and let him go free.” (John 11:44). Over two days we will identify barriers to healing, provide a space and opportunity for personal healing, teach you a simple and effective process for praying with others based on the Word of God and Catholic teaching and give you the chance to practice praying with others.

Grace Abounds (All Ages)

This workshop explores the wonder and transforming power of Jesus truly present in the Blessed Sacrament. Through Scripture, teaching, and reflection, participants will be invited to rediscover the Eucharist not as a symbol, but as a living encounter with Christ himself. Come and be inspired as the mystery of the Eucharist is both unraveled and revealed as utterly unrivalled—drawing us deeper into worship, mission, and communion with God and one another.

The problem with Unforgiveness (All Ages)

In a culture that often treats forgiveness as weakness, many cling to offence as if it were strength. How often have you heard the cry I find that offensive! Yet, taking offence is one of the enemy’s most effective traps ... fracturing relationships, hardening hearts, and pulling us away from God’s healing grace. This workshop will challenge the belief that holding onto hurt is power, showing instead how Christ calls us to a deeper, braver path. Drawing on Scripture and personal experience we will explore how releasing offence breaks spiritual chains, restores unity, and opens us to the freedom only forgiveness can bring.
